Staying present, which is also known as mindfulness, involves directing your focus on the present moment. It's all about being conscious of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations at the current time, without becoming preoccupied with concerns about the future or ruminating on the past
Focus on what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. It brings you right back to now!
Notice your breath. In, out. Notice when your mind wanders, and calmly refocus on your breath.
Brush your teeth, eat your lunch – all with focus! Savor the experience, moment by moment.
Take breaks from your phone and computer.It allows you to fully experience the world without distractions
Go for a walk outside. Listen to the birds, feel the sun, and soak in the beauty of the present

Pay attention to what people are saying. Be fully there in conversations
